Refund and Returns Policy

At UDE:(:IDE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept exchanges and refunds within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be returned in their original, new condition with all tags attached.
• Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we receive and inspect the product.
• Items with removed udecideegy tickets are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Only one post-purchase action (either exchange or refund) is allowed per order.
• Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or we sent the wrong model/size as per your order.
• Customers wishing to exchange/return items will be responsible for the delivery fees.
• International orders (outside Egypt) are not eligible for exchange or refund at this time.

Sale Items and Discounted Products

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code can be exchanged for other available items.
• Exchanges cannot be held until specific items are back in stock.
