Shipping Policy

Local Shipping (inside Egypt): Fees are based on the governorate, automatically calculated at checkout. Delivery within Greater Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria takes 2-5 business days. Other governorates will receive their orders within 5-7 business days. Free shipping is offered on orders over 2999 EGP within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria using the standard delivery service.

Same-Day Delivery Service (SDDS): Available only in selected areas* of Cairo and Giza (Egypt). Orders must be placed before 1 PM; delivery takes place between 6 PM and 10 PM. Please refer to the serviced locations table below for more details.

International Shipping (outside Egypt): Fees are based on the weight of items in-cart and the delivery destination (region and country); calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery takes 7-10 business days. Free shipping is offered on orders worth over 6999 EGP.

Exchanges & Refunds: Available locally within Egypt only. Shipping fees apply as per udecideegy’s post-purchase policy; click here to read it.

Important Notes:

• No shipping takes place on Fridays or any national and/or regional vacation days/holidays.

• Current update: Thursday, 3rd July, is off – all deliveries are paused.

• Please ensure that your detailed address and a reachable phone number are clearly mentioned at checkout for a smooth delivery experience.

• Online orders are delivered to the specified addresses; store pickup is not supported for online orders.
